The MCSEAI is a major biannual international conference in the Maghreb region.It brings together scientists, engineers, students and industrials to exchange, discuss and share their experiences, new ideas and research about theoretical and practical aspects of computer and information sciences. The MCSEAI eighth edition intends to build upon the background of previous conferences (Constantine' 89, Tunis' 92, Rabat' 94, Algiers’96, Tunis’98, Fes’00 and Annaba’02) by identifying new areas of research and development within the software engineering and artificial intelligence areas of interest for the international scientific community in general, and for the Maghrebian scientific community in particular.
