The MediaNet'04 is a major biannual international conference. It brings together scientists, engineers, students and industrials to exchange, discuss and share their experiences, new ideas and research about theoretical and practical aspects of Internet and Multimedia. The MediaNet'04 intends to build upon the background of the previous conference Medianet'02 which was held in Sousse-Tunisia. It aims to identify new areas of research and development in Multimedia information, production, access and networking.
